Agreed. I think everyone knows by now that Mosley did use performance enhancing substances but there have been a couple of fighters from the previous eras (when such substances did not yet exist) who could match his physique.

Despite what Mosely says, he prob juiced for years and didnt stop until BALCO began to fold.

He couldn't have been using Balco that long. Receipts were collected and that is how he was caught. He wasn't there long at all. If he was getting something he was getting it somewhere else.

Anybody with money can get some connections to get high-grade undetectable steroids. That's why many athletes are in question even with past drug tests.


However, that said, didn't he use Balco for the second fight with Oscar?
I always thought it made more sense for the first fight but someone said it was actually the second.
If so, he looked worse off and never seemed to get back his form that carried him all the way to the first shot at Oscar. I wonder if he had never used up to that point if when he finally did use that it messed up his system slightly that he never fully recovered form.

I dont think it messed him up against DLH, DLH fought a better fight, made Shane be the aggressor this time and used the jab consistently.

yeah and he knew he was taking it.

It was an injection in the stomach, never heard of a supplement that you inject in you stomach.


But knowing it is one thing and proving it is another story. You cant really tell how many fights he used steriods expect the ones he admited to it right now.

Also many old school fighters where using steriods I believe. The Boxing organization are going blind to it.
