This is exactly why belts don't mean sh$$ anymore. This guy is a complete stiff and wouldn't beat any top guy at 135 or 140 but he'll be a world champ lol. That's why I laugh when guys like Broner, Tank and others talk about being multi weight world champs when they beat nobody to win those titles.

Yeah complete trash. The higher profile guys get fights all the time. Imo, Rolly is getting these fights because he sold the hell out of the Tank fight.
