as for tito he was just as washed up as roy plus he was coming of a layof and fighting way above his natural weight. tito used to be world class, but not when he fought roy.

Some people still can't believe it. Sixteen-years later, Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr. are ready to get in the ring to fight for a second time. The first bout in May of 1993 was won by Jones via a twelve round decision to pick up the vacant IBF middleweight title. Last week they finally signed the necessary documents for a second meeting in the first quarter of 2010. Jones still has to beat IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green on December 2 in Austalia. Hopkins plans to have a tuneup fight in Philadelphia, also on December 2. [details]

Styles make fights and this aint gonna be easy for Hopkins because he doesnt throw many shots.That gives Roy time to move and throw his shots as well so it's gonna be interesting

all I remeber in what you're saying is that it will be BORING...

i never said it wouldnt, just sayinf it wont be bcuz hopkins is a boring fighter, just cuz hes on a whole other level than post HW roy jones.

the fight is another mismatch that doesnt mean anthing, just like jones-calzaghe. the diffrence is joe is acctually trying to act like its impressive and does something for his legacy

hopkins just wants to knock roys lights out for the pleasure of it.

Hopkins will more than likley win this fight. But I'm givin Roy a slight chance. This is going to be a boring fight IMO. I can't see anybody getting KO'd.

well roy was able to compete at the higher level, but nt these days.

Notice all the people (mostly black Americans probably) who raved about Calzaghe going out against Jones 'instead of rematching Hopkins' (who he had already handed a convincing decision loss to) are now very quiet.

Indeed, they are even 'hyped' for this fight.

It's garbage. Anything Jones had left (which was not much) was stripped from him by Calzaghe and Hopkins stinks the place out every time he fights (although the Pavlik fight was pretty good).
