he has no buisness fighting world class oponents these days, BHop wont mess around like calzaghe though. he will knock roy out 100%. its beyond me how u cant see that. hopkins is a safety first fighter, but roy isnt on his level. hopkins will walk all over him and take him out with ease.

Why is it so funny that I think Hopkins won't KO Roy?

It seems reasonable to me. Hopkins hasn't KO'd anybody since that DLH body shot. He aint the biggest puncher in the world.

Roy took some of Lacy's shots (Lacy isn't that good I know) But Lacy hits harder than Hopkins.

Questionable, and his power especially hasn't been **** since he tore his rotator cuff in that fight with Zipko or however you spell his name.

And this is one "black American" that rather Hopkins Jones II didn't take place. Seems to be a circle jerk for Roy's and Nard hater (Calzaghe fans) fans to see BHop get beat. Jones has done nothing to earn this fight other than taunt Hopkins and the fans have jumped in the pot saying Hop is scared of Roy now. The man is respected so little for what he's done as a fighter, I'm seeing more people here pick this near shot version of Jones to beat him by UD other than tip their hat to Ex by default on recent work.

Hopkins should fight Dawson first. Whats the point of fighting Roy now? Hopkins has said himself, that Roy is washed up.

Everytime Hopkins fought someone that wasn't a bum that was the same size as him, he lost. (Jones, Taylor x2, Calzaghe etc).

Calzaghe would never have lost against Taylor and perhaps not even against the green Roy that Hopkins fought.

Hopkins is a very good fighter and would be competitive with any 160-175 in history but all his best wins are barely note worthy (Tito, DLH, Winky etc - would all have been decimated by Calzaghe).
