only way hatton will fight Khan is if
a. he ends up broke and needs the money badly or
b. Frank Warren has nothing to do with the fight.

More chance of Ricky going broke (very unlikely) than Warren stepping aside from the promotion of the biggest fight in recent british history.

Id like to see Hatton JMM, if Hatton can take JMMs punches he'll win, if he cant, he'll get KTFO out again. But it would be a good fight for both fighters if they want to prove to the world that they still belong a the top.

I think Hatton will never fight again. I would be happy for JMM if he landed this fight, but I don't go out of my way wishing for it. Hatton has admitted he is at the end of the road. I can't get interested in a fight when I hear that kind of talk coming out of the mouth of one of the combatants. Look at Kosta Tszyu. He didn't take half the punishment that Hatton has in his fights against Mayweather, Collazo, and Urango and he bailed out. I kind of wonder if JMM has lost his competitive drive himself by pursuing this fight.

I can think of four other opponents that I would want to see JMM fight over Hatton. The names are Soto, Katsidis, Bradley, and Alexander. JMM deserves the payday with Hatton after that tough run he went through. It's just that it does zero for his legacy.
