Joyce should take the immediate rematch with Zhang. I think he wins.

I don't want to see rematch, Zhang deserves shot at Usyk. He won Hrgovic on my scorecards and now Joyce.

If he can learn some defense, then I am all for it. I say that because he has a tendency of eating way too many punches and it is beginning to catch up to him. In addition, his punch resistance appears to be a bit overrated.

Tonight he showed that if he is in with a very strong puncher; He is vulnerable and can be hurt. Bone density doesn't mean damn thing if you are getting continuously hit by a stronger puncher and don't move your head or guard your face from big punches.

The Juggernaut got exposed here tonight by Zhang.

It would be risky. He should fight someone like Chisora and then go for someone else.

Oh god yeah the overlooking was bad. I mean I'm not going to pretend I gave Zhang a chance either but almost every interview was about Usyk, Fury and Joshua and not about the opponent in front of him.

He has to weather that storm early without taking too much damage, but Zhang landed 56% of his shots. That was obviously too much, even for Joyce.

Also someone said that opponents usually land like 30%+ of their powershots on Zhang but Joyce was only landing like 20%. I think not only was Zhang bad stylistically but also Joyce gameplan was shocking.

I used to think this guy could beat Joshua. I still kinda do, the current version at least. But someone on here said he didn't even have a southpaw in the camp. That's a shocking lack of planning. It's definitely tampered my expectations of him. Would have to see what happens in the rematch to be impressed.

I had Joyce behind but out of the three judges 2 had Zhang one ahead and one had Joyce one ahead.

I think without the eye swelling, that was anyone's fight going into the second half and the tide seemed to be making a possible turn.

I think it's winnable for Joyce and he should definitely take it.

Idk I can't see it. Joyce could win but he could get stopped again from damage and it's not like he's not going to get hit.
No question about that the left was there all night but it the sting seemed to be dropping significantly but by then the damage was done.

I think if he can avoid that kind of eye damage again, and see out the early rounds he could take it but that's the if because he is going to get hit and hit a lot.

Joyce has the stamina to win a rematch, but his defense desperately needs improvement.
