Jimmy Wang Yang is going to gas by the 6th round if he makes it there. He got dropped by a trialhorse Juan Goode (6-2 at the time) early in his career so I doubt his chin holds up to the Joyce pressure. Sure sometimes guys get dropped but Jimmy Wang Yang is 6’6 280….

I guess Zhang is just saying this to build up the fight but clearly Parker wasn't running scared against Joyce. He had a game plan to box and move and catch Joe with counter hooks and uppercuts which he was susceptible to. Unfortunately for Parker, Joyce is made of titanium and his clean, accurate shots had zero impact and Joyce eventually broke him down. Even though Zhang is bigger and stronger I expect the same thing to happen to him. Zhang doesn't have the timing, movement or overall boxing skills of Parker and even if he lands some clean shots, Joyce is likely to absorb them and eventually break down the Big **** who is notorious for tiring late in fights. He got away with it (barely) against Jerry Forrest and Hrgovic but I highly doubt Joyce will let him off the hook. He's in for a serious beatdown but good on him for taking the fight. It should be exciting while it lasts.
