This guy. He hasnt knocked out anyone in their prime. Ever! Fact. Look at boxrec. Lots of TKO's but not any one or two punch knock outs. The exception being the geriatric russian. He's never been a knock out artist. He wears fighters down.

I think Canelo’s best attribute is his ability to eat leather rather than throw it. He has an impressive chin. And neck. Aaaaand he’s got decent movement when he actually tries to box. But I generally agree that while he does have some sting in his punches, he’s far from being the most powerful.

There'd be no discussion. A recap here, Canelo started at 140lbs and has won titles in 4 weight classes. Bivol, while a very impressive reign at 175 to date, has yet to show the same bravado and ambition. Get back to me when Bivol climbs mount Fury or Joyce. In the meantime, the small guy was the one to show the balls to scale mount light heavyweight where comparative giants reside. He may very well not ever be able to defeat the skilled, far bigger Bivol, but the spirit behind your post is arresting of the the type of ambition and zeal missing from other respected stars today (read: Benevidez). The big mouth at 168 is lauded as this big theat when he can barely keep a belt around his waist. IF he had the ambition and self belief of Canelo he'd be calling out the undefeated Artur Beterbiev. Instead, its NEVER mentioned.

It's a simple question. Which Brits did Canelo stop? Are you saying a Welter in Khan shouldn't have been stopped by a big Middleweight? Are you saying a shot Rhodes who was nothing more than decent years before when in his prime? Fielding being badly drained by Canelo's contract should have what? Won or gone the distance? Sorry, but you're deranged. Then you have Saunders who got hit by a freak 1 in 100,000 shot to do his eye in with the uppercut.

It would be like running a narrative on Lopez and Kirkland even though one was shot and out for far too long and the other smaller. Only weirdo's with an agenda do that.
