But that was my point. Usually these guys come over in their 30's already past their primes. Imagine if Rigo defected at 22 instead of 34

His record probably would have been something pedestrian like 130-2

And my friend, you keep saying I DKSAB, I think you're the one that can't have a discussion with someone that doesn't agree with you. In any case, you can't convince me, you don't have any proof that records don't matter.
I did dismiss it and provided context as to why. You haven't tried to counter any of it, there is a reason for that...because you're not able.

I have a pair of eyes and experienced boxing brain to rely on. When I see talent, I'm like hey =---> that guy looks great! Let's see him against better opposition, let's see if he can take a punch, let's see him against an experienced/respected journeyman so I can guage him better.

As x steps it up in competition of fighters that are known, I make additional deductions. Everybody looks dope out of the gate and it doesn't matter if it's against a guy thats 10-7 or against a guy that's 20-0. If the 20-0 guy comes from Sweden, fought only Swedish fighters, never heard of him...I'm not rating him. These guys are everywhere. That 20-0 might as well be a 10-7. Why is this so hard for you to understand? There are different levels of padding mate.

It's not about the idea of someone agreeing with me, it's about the facts of how the sport works. When I was capping I would spend ~10 hours of research per fight on my custom system. After a while you see patterns surface and one of which is the ambiguity of records and padding.

Of course I can't convince you, you're unreachable and apparently unteachable. I mean look at this post, you clearly do not understand how boxing works, thus YDKSAB.

Why fight cabbies and bums? Because that's how it's done lol. There is a massive learning curve from the amateurs to pro's and fighters; despite hundreds of wins in the amateurs, are still green in the pro's for a good ~15 fights.

You just don't put a pair of headphones on and crank the volume, it'll blow out your ears. You put the headphones on and slowly turn the dial until you get to a place you're comfortable with.

Keeping a green pro sharp, you increase their opposition with care. The old ways were get a fighter 40 fights against bummers and start turning up the volume, Mexicans are famous for it. Modern times and with good amateur experience (or not), the algorithm has changed. 15 bummers and try to position for a title between 20-25 wins. 40 is excess and too much work and puts a fighter more at risk than necessary. When fighters are rushed, there is a high danger of ruining them. It's like cooking a pudding with tempered aggs, if you heat it up too fast you'll curdle the milk. It's the same dang thing in boxing.

Me having to explain it like this tells me YDKSAB, facts. I'm telling you right now, no capper with a high win percentage is running your metric, it's much more complex than that.

Rigondeaux was 29 and still in his prime, sorry to mince but I feel like that's a bit important due to you saying 34 which is out of prime. We don't know what Rigo would look like with a 3rd of his experience removed.

I think almost 450 fights in the amateurs, even if you're 29, you don't have much time in the professional ranks. You can't fight bums, and that take us to your comment, "Why fight cabbies and bums? Because that's how it's done lol", the context that you provide is BS, also not every boxer is the same, and 168lbs is a weak division. Again, you haven't provided any proof that what you are saying is the truth and the manual on how to groom a fighter, and if that was the case, you need an exception to prove the rule. Please don't waste your time, I won't waste anymore with you. I know why are you keeping posting nonsense. You win.

He is a good fighter with the power in both hands. he would be harder opponent for Canelo than Ryder will be, for sure.

Of course it's BS, you can't accept you're wrong. I know I win, because YDKSAB. You're like one of these guys that takes 5 punches to land 1, but you're never landing. Go enjoy your evening and stop getting beat up.

I'm sorry I hurt your ego. You got your A$$ handed to you. You're just babbling nonsense, I just told you that you win(I didn't know we're competing)so you can sleep better. You haven't proof nothing in this particular case, we're talking about David Morell jr. You dismissed records, and every sport is about numbers, the better the competition, the higher you rank, I provide names and records, side by side and you didn't answer. You dismissed the heart of the equation, without fights we wouldn't know who is better, or worse. Please go away, you're not amusing me no more.

You got YOUR arse handed to you. You still haven't backed your metric up and you're challenging the baseline system how boxing works and has always worked. You're a joke and an embarrassment.

                  YDKSAB, facts.
