I actually like Jimmy Wang Yang. He says all the right things & i believe he should have been awarded the victory in the Hrgovic eliminator. He is getting another big fight. Even if he improves his stamina I’m not sure he can keep up to Joyce for 12 rounds. I’m curious if his power is legit. Joyce is certainly there to be hit. Joyce is nearing 38 & how long can he can he keep taking big punches before his punch resistance fades? Parker landed a lot of huge bombs & that must have taken something out of him. Well you would think that but Oliver McCall took bombs until he was near 50 without going down so who really knows until fight night?

And as good as Joyce's chin is I doubt he can take multiple Cowboy Cutters and keep coming forward.

Zhang doesn't need to self proclaim, we know Zhang will give an entertaining fight even in losing, Zhang isn't supposed to win this. Zhang is stepping stone

Haha... Hrgovic was on the verge of losing until Big Wang gassed out.

The Juggernaut will keep coming full steam and finish him after round 6 by brutal knockout.

Hrgovic took a lot of flush shots and the only time he seemed really troubled was the one that landed in an unusual spot up on the side of his head and shortly after when Zhang Zhilei opened a monstrous cut on his scalp by butting him.

Zhang Zhilei probably did deserve to win, but he didn't have the power to stop Hrgovic and his engine is inferior to Joyce. He says he's been working on his conditioning, but at his age it's nigh on impossible to improve in this area.

It's not impossible for him to win -- Joyce isn't hard to hit -- but I do still favour Joyce.

Well, Hrgovic was blocking Zhang`s shots with his head the whole night. I doubt Zhang can hurt a guy like Joyce is.

Agreed. Hrgović was overhyped. He's stiffer than the avg top heavy and he didn't do much with Zhang who seems to be moving in slow motion. I do like Zhang but he's severely limited, I can't see him beating anyone decent.

Joyce is there to be caught like everyone keeps saying, but he just keeps coming for you. I think he's even scarier than Wilder as an opponent. At least Wilder just sparks you out, Joyce takes every thing you have and bludgeons you unconscious.

Great fight, but after some early fireworks, I just see Joyce being too tough and durable, and his engine will make Zang's lungs burn until he is too exhausted and beaten up. Interestingly, fight of the night on this card will probably be Mayer vs Linardatu, which will be epic I am sure.
