That should give you a clue.
the last thing you'd describe floyd is noble.....pac made him look really bad with the hatton and hoya fights.....he'd atleast try to get even......

      etc.
So true. That reminds me of people here saying "if Cotto didn't get his nose broken against Margarito, he would've won". Changing something would OBVIOUSLY make it different. It's like when skinny guys complain that strong guys are only stronger than them cuz they lift weights. Well, OBVIOUSLY!!

Not necessarily if he knew he would win anyway.

It's not like people still don't want to watch him and Pacquiao get it on.

That could be a good reason also. If Marquez would've been KO'd, his stock would be lower in future fights. They'd consider him damaged goods even if he returned back to LW.

              Floyd likes and respects Juan.

floyd didnt because he didnt want to. he could have but he jsut wanted to shut him out for 12 rounds work off some rust and put on a show. its like roy jones and jeff lacy he didnt stop lacy early cuz he was having fun.

floyd didnt even put pressure on and was just potshotting and counter punching.

I actually felt sorry for Marquez, and would've rather seen him finish on his feet than seen him get knocked out and embarrassed in a fight he didn't appear to have a chance in winning.

He was able to walk away with some dignity.

A big service - This fight was staged from the beginning and the goal wasn't to take JMM out, for the sake of taking him out. The goal was to cash in for both GBP, JMM & Mayweather. It was the perfect setup to get JMM his biggest payday and also setup a future fight with Hatton - Help bring Floyd out of retirement against a worthy opponent, setting up a Pac fight in the future - And also make everybody alot of cash if they played their cards right.

A full monty all the way

                      True!!!

JMM is a very well respected fighter {HOF} and even if you can KO him, why should you - when you're already dominating him????
