Isn't Morrell already have a fight scheduled? And I'm guessing he needs some more fights before the Benavidez fight takes place. We all know how his trainer Ronnie Shields operates. Jermall is almost in his 2nd year layoff, so that might explain things a little bit.

Charlo would most likely fight Andrade, so that would leave Benavidez waiting for long stretches of time.
