Nobody has accomplished what Pac has and IDT anybody ever will. People can assume whatever they want about him and yeah, he has losses but most all time great do. I give credit to Foreman on all his accomplishments as well. Salute to both but apac takes it imo.

Probably Pac but Foreman didn't use roids or GH to help him. God knows the damage he could have done if he'd been on the juice.

Foreman is a top 5 ATG HW and a Top 25 ATG, but Pac is higher as a Top 15 ATG

Pac is top 10 P4P ATG. Arguably 7-8.

Foreman is nowhere near top 50. Ali, Louis, Lewis, Holyfield are greater P4P.

Why would you assume Pacquaio was on PED's and Foreman wasn't?

                Pacquaio, of course.

Foreman's an ATG HW and a legend of the sport for sure but he's no where near Pacquaio level.

Pacquaio is one of the greatest fighters that's ever lived. Definitely one of the best I ever saw, and I lived through both eras.
