Really? I'm a huge Keyshawn fan. I'd go to his channel and give him words of support when he was competing in the amateurs, especially against Andy Cruz. But here's the thing that I noticed when he turned pro. When he fought on DAZN, he was getting matched well, and he didn't look so good. I mean he looked good but not great. He struggled a bit in some of those fights. Then he comes to Top Rank, who has some of the best matchmakers in the business as we all know, and all of a sudden he looks "great." But they were throwing him softballs, even guys that never really boxed but were coming from MMA. And now he's all of a sudden "great."
I hope I'm wrong, but I remember his first few pro fights, and I can see how Brad Goodman and Bruce Trampler are moving him. There's a lot of sleight of hand that goes on with the matchmaking. There's a reason why Shakur is fighting Yoshino and not Ortiz. There's a reason!!
