Maybe If he was like 6'5", he's a shorter heavyweight that fights tall and AJ was holding him like he was fighting prime Alexander Povektin.

Franklin has good skills but he does not have the work rate or physical frame. Imagine if he was inside pressure fighter like a Joyce as an example. He has good reflexes, good ring iq okay defense but he is simply not active enough per round.
