He will be as motivated as possible but sometimes the body cant do what the minds wants it to.
He's only fighting Haney because he has no other option if he wants to champion again. Sure if he retires he will be relatively wealthy and he will remember as an entertaining fighter. That's all. His pro resume is not exceptional at all.

Obviously you don't follow boxing but if you did you would know that every boxing historian consider Lomachanko's record a monumental achievement. But hey, maybe you're right, those are just boxing the experts.

What a delusional little cunnt and his wierdo fans somehow respect this. Lol

I don't like Haney either but I hope he slaps this clown around the ring.

Skill for skill Lomachenko has more experience at fighting and beating World & Elite level fighters.

And yes he has been beaten, but really he has no bad loses.

Lomachenko has no bad loses were he has been completely dominated.

Alvarez has two loses on his record were he was technically dominated 'Mayweather beat him 12-0 to 11-1 and Bivol's performance was similar'.

Lomachenko has never been inside the ring with a fighter 'Who he cannot compete with, he has been effective vs all of his opponents'.

So he definitely has a chance at competing with Haney and pushing him etc.

Lopez had nothing to do with the win over Loma. I gave him that fight, but it could have been pretty much anyone. Loma thought he could win with one arm, and once he actually chose to use the injured arm, he gave Lopez the business. But he chose to give away 7 rounds. Lopez shouldn't even have gotten past Sandor Martin. Didn't even manage to beat his mandatory, who got absolutely destroyed by Haney, who seems to be the definition of pillowfisted.

I don't think Haney's hug game is going to work well against Loma because he's got a much more nuanced clinch game than the majority of other boxers. His game is mental, not "speed and movement." The movement happens because he's getting opponents to bite on feints, or blinding them with shots, or using hand traps, etc. Ryan Garcia is a fighter who relies on speed. Bivol is a fighter who relies on footwork and speed. Will be interesting to see how much ring rust is left. I think it's likely that Haney has more skill than just jab and grab, but if that's really all he's got and he isn't able to make adjustments, he's probably going to get wrecked badly. I don't think Loma can afford to start as slow as he usually does though, and that may cost him.
it takes special kind of casual to give a boxer no credit for winning a fight where he was a 4-1 underdog as a 23 year old vs a top p4p fighter and also say that a fighter just chose to give away 7 rounds.

This guy is a shameless. He was a good boxer but overrated. Haney will retire him for sure and he knows it.

I guess I missed that 13th round against Bivol ( according to you won 12-1 in rounds). By the way there are no scheduled 13 rounders. No wonder you scored Mayweather win vs Canelo when everyone else had it a draw against a just past teenager, completely weight drained , young, inexperience Alvarez.

If a fighter can't admit a loss, he won't learn from mistakes or correct them. I don't think he lost the Salido fight, but he did lose the Teo fight. He waited too long to get into the fight and it cost him the early rounds. He can't expect to fight half a fight against Haney and come out victorious. He needs to fight all 12 rounds.

In my mind I'm a millionaire, but then I wake up... This guy, Salido owns you.
