Tank would most likely be the A side considering he's the bigger draw. Davis would probably use dehydration clauses if this fight were to happen. I don't think Haney would accept the stipulations. He's been adamant that if a fight between them were to happen, he'd only accept it without any rehydration clauses.

Unless your an established boxer like Mayweather or Pac. Belts dont matter. Tank ISNT them. Im sure his ego dont know that though. In sure he will put a hydration clause on Haney.
Personally I think tank doesnt want to fight him. He will give all kinds if demands, so Haney will go away to 140.

When talking about established headliners it comes down to revenue brought in, that figure is a guys worth, they have some smart number crunchers that figure that out, then it boils down to how much does a guy want it, Ryan wanted it bad enough to get reamed, be interesting how it would work out with Haney Tank, lot of ego to deal with.
