this is a boxing forum. where GROWN BOXING FANS are to discuss he sport of BOXING. If you don't like what a poster says or if you don't agree with another poster, that is legal. But to say that you hate a poster, who is SOMEONE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW AND WILL NEVER MEET is so useless bro. we don't need that on here, there are already enough kids running around here on this site.

you could definitely be right, but he looked good against margs and collazo recently. I still think that if shane today, fought the corrales that floyd fought Shane wins. It's really all a moot point because either way, shane would be floyd's best win since 2002 AT LEAST.

I'd pick Floyd to win, but people saying this fight is meaningless need to look at Floyd's recent choice of opponent.
Great point, for those who say its not worth it or SSM turned down 2 fights already need to wtfu and realize that FMJ is a WELTERWEIGHT and SSM is the MAN at WW. Fight needs to happen, and IF (a big IF) it ever does, i really dont think anyone will be able to criticize fmj again....

A win over Mosley is huge. No doubt about it. Hope this fight happens.

Man how it should go is..

If your a natural welterweight, and you can't bother to get your ass down to meet a catchweight at 144 then stop being a dumbass and fight people at 147.

Making Hatton come up to 147, then making Marquez come from 135 to fight a 147 fight at age 36, that's complete bull**** man. No credit at all. If you don't want to go down in weight to meet these fighters then fight legit WWs.

And the top 1 at the moment is Shane Mosley - point blank. If you can beat him, do it.

Well, Hatton chased Floyd all over the place, taking shots at him any time he got the chance. So if he didn't want to move up to 147 to fight the guy, he should have kept his mouth shut. Floyd might still be retired, waiting on Cotto/Pac, had Marquez not brought him up.

Although Mosley is past his prime, I would still give Floyd credit for fighting him. As it stands right he he looks like a giant Charlie beating up on a bunch of Oompa-Loompas.

It's pretty ****ed up when you think about it. Floyd looked downright monstrous compared to JMM.

Oscar does not count as he left his reflexes in a ring somewhere in 2004. At least Shane can still pull the trigger.

I'd put the Corrales win higher...

But resume wise Mosley would be the 2nd best Floyd has ever fought arguably(DLH)...

mosely is the #1 welterweight right now so if floyd wants to be number 1 he has to fight him.

would you be satisfied if he fought berto or collazo
