I thought the win over De La Hoya at 154 was good until I rewatched the fight and realised how much DLH had slid.

Pac would have done the same to DLH at 154 as he did at 147 - except he would have taken a few more rounds to do it. True story.

Only just as a name, because De La Hoya was on his way down. He had a lost to Mosley, followed by a controversial win over Felix Sturm in which he should've lost. He lost to Hopkins. He beat a Mayorga that Trinidad had destroyed and soften up for him. to then lose a split decision to Mayweather Jr.
After that he beat an older Forbes to than get a sweep by Pacman.
Bottomline Mayweathers been fighting Names that lost their Game.(36 year old Marquez at 144 pounds).

Mayweather beats Shane.

But they still should fight. Mosley deserves it! I don't give a **** if he turned down previous offers to fight Floyd because you never know what's going on behind the scenes, Shane might have given 100% genuine reasons not to fight at that point in time, so we shouldn't assume Shane ducked Floyd. If he was scared he wouldn't be asking for a fight now, years later, when he's obviously way past his prime.

Floyd was offered a fight with Mosley and a fight with Marquez for his comeback fight. He chose the easier challenge in Marquez, a guy who spent almost his entire career below 130.
