Tenth was quite entertaining. Rest of the fight, not so much. Fight doesn't do much for Joshua. He got a clear win against an OK-ish but sub-top level opponent. Maybe his confidence will improve; maybe not. It's not the end of the world, but it's not the statement win he was looking for.

I watched the fight live last night and just rewatched the fight without sound! The referee was horrendous, he had to warn or deduct points from both men. Also, AJ was so arrogant hitting after the bell or in moment of separation, leaning & choking, the REF let the hometown golden goose get away with it. Can't see him beating the likes of Wilder, Fury, Joyce.

After that non performance Aj is in no mixes.
He looked disinterested, slower & more wooden than ever. If James has any control he'll get Aj to fight another 2 cans this year. The only difference i sawin Aj were his elbows tucked in a little more.
Usyk, Fury, Joyce, possibly Hrgovic & Sanchez beat the Aj boxing last night, heck eve big Mak gives that Aj a run for his money.
Fury v Aj, it's too late already.

Yes they all "beat" him, but they won`t fight him.

That weird-ass grapple-hugging at the end... idiot director decided to zoom out and show the crowd instead. Second time in a row Joshua causes weird shit to happen in the ring after a fight. His whole vibe has been off since the Usyk losses. Forget his boxing for one moment – you can tell he's not alright in the head. I don't mean like "duhhh" or CTE, but more like a dark cloud hanging over him. Maybe taken too many shots to the frontal lobe and it's changed his personality. Or, like Whyte said, that's who he's always been and somehow he put on the gentlemanly front for so long.

If he's gonna come back in the summer, they need to get him a guy like Helenius, Washington or Kownacki who will fall to pieces once the artillery lands.
not correct bud....a durable heavyweight who takes a serious amount of punishment is always better than a fighter who folds after one power punch.....it builds on Joshua’s stamina and endurance and makes him know not everybody can be knocked out as for Franklin’s besides real ko power ....he has good movement , quick hands and a granite chin.....Joshua now needs to fight a Joyce , wilder etc to see how he performs.

personally I think he looked fine besides a bloody nose....let’s see who he fights next time
