My takeaways from this fight
1. AJ is too scared in the ring to try to get someone out (not even a low-ranked opponent). The good thing was that he did not gas out even coming in at this weight. Showed less technique than the Usyk fight. Franklin was tying up and AJ did not have an answer to that. Fury would have roughed him up and made him pay, AJ couldn't.
2. Jermaine Franklin did better than expected, has a great chin but was gassed out. Did pretty well to stop getting KO'ed in the last round because he was exhausted. He doesn't look like his shots have much power.

AJ doesn't need a technician trainer at this point. He needs the Kronk style and to be in a few rough sparring sessions with pressure fighters. He better invests in a sports psychologist than another trainer. This AJ struggles against Fury, Wilder, and Joyce. Even Ruiz has a chance to beat him.

I agree, Joshua needs a Manny Stewart style trainer who will encourage him to push people back behind his jab, sit down in his shots and fight aggressively from the outside.

Joshua is a robot, he cannot fight, if you start throwing a lot of punches at him, he will fall apart. Plus here you go again covering the fight backwards,just plain dumb writing.

Franklin is tough as hell an got a very good chin on him but it was a so so performance Joshua not really having the urgency to take Franklin out he was just happy to box his way to a point wins

Jermaine ain't sh_t and AJ still stuggles to look good, be aggressive or infect damage just a poor performance from the body builder, dammmmmmmmm!
