    floyd should stop ducking

and when did fighters become such ******* when it comes to being challenged in the ring after a fight/win?!?!? that used to be common in boxing, it used to be expected of fighters!!! it's what they did in the old school when they would try and get fights and the other party didn't want to fight, so they would put them on the spot in the middle of the ring in front of everyone to see A CHALLENGE IS BEING MADE!, now it's disrespectful, ****ing crybaby *******......... seriously, and again, it's ok for floyd to do it, or old school fighters, but when someone else does it, or mosley in this case its no class and disrespectful!?!?!? i say calling it out as disrespectful and not taking the challenge or not even entertaining the idea, i think says, i'm scared, i'm overwhelmed, i'm not confident........ or i'm not interested in the fight and your bore me, which floyd said nothing of, he went right into a defensive mode, which proves at least to me and those who read body language, floyd doesn't want a hard fight, he doesn't want to go into the realm of uncertainty......... and that is a fight with mosley or anyone bigger............

fighters need to get up in one anothers face after fights and call each other out, at least then we might see fights that should be made, and it might take some steam away from these bull**** sanctioning bodies, these alphabet soup organization's ranking systems.................

when did fighters become afraid of a verbal confrontation????? when did they become afraid of an open challenge, and when did the fans become so soft as to be offended by someone challenging their fighter!?!?!???!?

it's sad to see people are becoming more and more weak............ too much fluoride or something in the water making people docile and scared......
WOOT very well said. Cheers !!!!

I thought Floyd said he fought JMM cuz JMM called him out, soooo, what about Shane & Williams & all the real competition that has also called him out ? U know I've always said it & I'll say it again, Floyd is a joke just like his fans

Doesn't Floyd always say he doesn't like to talk about the past?? Well take care of the present champ either Cotto or Mosley at 147.

Mosley doesn't deserve a fight with Floyd Mayweather. The only two that will deserve the fight is Cotto or Pacquiao.

The only fight i am interested in is Mayweather vs Cotto. Although i'm betting on Pacquiao to win i made a thread a week ago that I am rooting for Cotto.

                  Paul Williams...

does anyone here think that Floyd vs. Paul Williams would be a good fight ?

                  who wins that fight ?

[hint: if you have to think twice, then this is what makes a good fight].......

He is the Best and he is going to beat whoever he faces next. He just has the best combination of speed, power, and smarts to overcome anyone out there in (or around) the division. I think Paul Williams has the best chance, but he throws so many punches that I think he will leave openings for a smart/slick boxer like Mayweather.

Mosely was also crying for Pacman not too long ago and couldn't seem to leave that alone. No one scrutinized Pacman for not fighting Mosely the same way they are doing to Mayweather now. Everyone is very selective with their thinking and they forget everything else when it comes to downing Floyd. Everyday there is another article about Mayweather not fighting Mosely, but Pacman gets a free pass for not taking the fight. If anything Floyd should fight Cotto...the man who beat Mosely.

yep, is that not the way it's supposed to go?? though??? isnt he supposed to step up his level of competition????? or is he just supposed to call him self great by fighting smaller guys, or guys that aren't in his league, or always be the favorite in his fights????

he's supposed to fight the next best, bigger, tougher fighter, he's not supposed to keep making non threatening fights? that is ripping us off. talk about disrespectful to the fans!?!?! maybe you like watching a wipe out and one sided events, but i like watching a competition, a struggle, a real fight, not some media hype, watered down and glossed over to make things look legit bull**** fight, i'm not ******, and nor are the real fight fans, fans who don't take allegiance in just a fighter but takes allegiance in the SPORT and what is RIGHT for the SPORT................

and for mosley trying to get the pac fight and pac turning him down, is a obvious sign of the threat that mosley possesses. honestly, when mosley said that he would be down below 147 to make the fight, isnt that a sign he will do whatever and fight whoever, does it seem like he's cherry picking, i know it looks like floyd is. now, there are a lot of fights out there that can be made, but the thing is, not a lot are being talked about, only a small select sum of fighters are being discussed, and that is fine, so i'm not putting it all on one fighter out there, but to pick the sides of fighters and not the sport of boxing, i think many of you are missing the point about boxing, may the best man win, but the problems are, not all of the best men are stepping into the ring with one another............

HBO will approve any fight Floyd is involved in.
