Lomachenko wins the fight if Haney can't pull a KO. Impossible to see Loma not being able to reach that chin of Haney in 12 rounds. Unless holding is so bad time would just fly away so fast no action is happening.

Haney on points in a fairly close fight.

so seeing that has me sprinkling money on Loma.
Foolish bet seeing as Loma is old.

That Kambosos who fought Haney two times was a Kambosos who did not have the skillset to fight long, rangy boxers. He fought Bey but Bey hadn't fought in two years and gassed out in the back half of the fight. That's how Kambosos won that fight. He was losing that fight for the most part. Loma doesn't have an issue so much with guys who have a seven inch reach advantage. It's not easy, but his skill set is so much better than Kambosos that you can't say their names in the same breath.

Bottom line is that I don't think Haney is that good. I've seen Haney hit clean and hard in each and every fight he's been in since fighting Linares. Every fight he gets hit clean, and not just once but multiple times. I just don't think he's as good as people are making him out to be. He's certainly not P4P IMO, compared to the other fighters on the lists.

Anyway, I respect your opinion. You're the only guy whose scorecards look practically identical to mine, so I know you have a good sense and mind to you. We'll find out soon here.
I don’t rate Haney at all, I infamously made a thread on here saying there’s nothing special about him.

He’s not that good technically, he’s just long, athletic with good hand and foot speed.

However, a 35 year old Loma will not be able to close that gap. He’ll get jabbed and grabbed all night and lose a wide decision.

As you say, we’ll see soon, I genuinely hope I’m wrong but I’m very confident Haney wins a clear UD in this fight.

Haney by UD... I think y'all will actually be shocked how easy of a fight it will be for him actually.

Haney runs and hugs for a victory with your occasional jab.

if i was putting money down i would have to go UD haney, anything else will be a surprise i would say, i think loma will do fairly well tho and have his moments, if he cant get inside haney for some reason the fight could be not so exciting lets say

I don't think Haney's holding would work with Loma, who could slip punches during a hold. And Loma have a way of anticipating it before it happens. We'll see soon.
