Arum is claiming he’s doing it for the benefit of boxing which is rubbish-he’s admitted he’s doing it to compete with and out-do the Garcia v Tank fight.

I was prepared to subscribe to DAZN when they arrived on the scene charging just a few dollars a month; then they raised that 4 fold and began charging for PPV events.
Like most commenters on here I might shell out once or twice a year - that’s it.
Boxing needs to decide on an open and final payment method-they’ve no hope of competing with MMA and other sports like football who offer free events on cable or subscription.
Can you imagine having to pay $70 to watch a champions league final?
