Maybe canelo beats bivol (unlikely but possible) and they have a 3rd match. Maybe benevidez fights another live body and loses (if he goes near morrel jr this is likely). But assuming they both keep winning..the fight will eventually happen. Winning is the cure to everything. All benevidez has to do is keep winning. His fan base is terrible tho
You're actually showing when the Canelo fans on the American side are actually the worst fan base. You'd rather Canelo to basically a no-hope fight vs Bivol and keep putting off the Benavidez fight.

Mexican fans (in Mexico) are calling for the Benavidez fight. Why? Because that is a more competitive fight and closer to a 50/50 fight. We already know the outcome of Canelo vs Bivol.

'Alvarez has been mostly lukewarm around the idea of brawling with Benavidez, previously citing reasons that Benavidez is not accomplished enough and he prefers not to fight fellow Mexicans, but alas, it appears Alvarez is finally coming around the idea."

That's great news! Now at least I have hope! May 2024 sounds good to me!

In the meantime, Charlo, Morrell Jr., or Andrade, please MAN UP!

Only one fighter in boxing right now can fight the #2 LHW, #3 SMW, and slated to rematch the now #1 LHW…and called a ducker, a coward, and all sorts of other immature names.

Meanwhile other fighters can do much, much less and be hailed as heroes.

I know who should be David Benavidez's next opponent:

Gennadiy Golovkin Vs. Jaime Munguia Not Happening

Jaime Munguia’s trainer, boxing great Erik Morales, says Gennadiy Golovkin will NOT be his next opponent for the summer. Morales says that former unified middleweight champion Golovkin (42-2-1, 37 KOs) said he’d be out of action for an undetermined about of time...

“I don’t think [we’re looking in that direction,” said Munguia’s trainer Erik Morales to Izquierdazo about a fight between Jaime and Gennadiy Golovkin.

“What I understand, what I was told by the company, is that Golovkin told them that he is leaving boxing indefinitely and will let everybody know if he decides to return. So, we can’t think of Golovkin right now.

“[Zanfer Promotions promoter Fernando] Beltran and Golden Boy, Oscar de la Hoya in this case, will define Jaime’s next opponent,” Morales said. “We all would like it to be Golovkin, all the team, and especially Jaime. But Golovkin is not there anymore.”

LMAO!!!! U really think Benavidez is going to fight anyone close to as good as him next? Heck NO! Not woth a fight with Canelo looming. He's gonna do what everyone else has been doing around Canelo's weight class. Fight Wal-Mart stockers and wait for Canelo Golden Ticket.

Goes for Andrade and Morrell as well.

Not recent, he was just at the Benavidez fight, and he didn't look big, he looked like his usual.

Munguia is NOT close to as good as him! He would take that fight! Morrell Jr. should fight Andrade, if not Benavidez! He was talking a lot about fighting Benavidez then Ronnie Shields shut that down!

Doesn't ring as credible from you, you have been calling Benavidez a bum in every thread about him for years.
