I kind of got what he was trying to say, but he didn't articulate it well... and it was completely the wrong time and place for it. Maybe it was a result of some kind of oxygen depletion plus the obvious frustration and disapointment.

People did criticise him when he was a good loser... then they weren't happy when the bad loser came out. Have to say, I prefer a good loser to a bad loser.

As for where he came from and being entitled: I disagree. He grew up in a tower block on an estate in Watford. It's not the worst of the worst, but it's not great either.

I’m not saying it was all roses but it’s hardly the ends is it? The average kid from Brixton has a tougher upbringing than the average kid from Watford.

AJ isn’t some street kid, he comes from a good family, went to a good school and has had a cushioned life as an athlete. All this “came through the mud” is complete bullsh**.
