Remember, Usyk is a university graduate and was a trainee at a football academy from a young age. Although Ukraine's situation is now dire, it does not mean Usyk had a tougher upbringing than Joshua. Interestingly enough, they both came to boxing reasonably late. Usyk was 15 when he switched from football to boxing.

Still, the correct thing for Joshua to do was say "I'm gutted to lose, but the better man won on the night. Congratulations; hope things go well for your country. Good night everyone!" And then not throw the belts or wear the Ukrainian flag...

Fury said about the rematch and I always believe every sentence that comes out of his mouth I promise.

Ehhh no. Usyk's promoter claimed Fury made "too many demands" and that he couldn't reveal the negotiations/demands because "it is against my morals" so Frank exposed the problem and Usyk's team stayed quiet.

I believe what Frank said because of Usyk's silence. There is no NDA so Usyk's team is free to expose Fury's demands.

I always feel like AJ is the modern day Frank Bruno. Not quite top level, but an excellent fighter nonetheless. They both just seem to be mentally fragile.

I dunno. Frank is pretty likable.

Yes, he does seem likable. I mean, he's never thrown down his opponent's belts after a tough loss.

I really think that was the exact moment we saw the end of Anthony Joshua at the elite level. We'll see how he bounces back. At this rate, he's just another hyped up made for TV fighter, who never quite lived up to that hype.

Tossing the belts was it IMO. He showed he’s just a spoiled child.

did you see the article today about why he did it? He gave a damage control interview, but all he did was make the same claims he did during his 10 minute promo after tossing the belts
