Unless he's talking about the failed drug test from 2015, Wilder has no evidence what so ever that Fury cheated in any of his fights.

Not at all. The two have nothing to do with each other.

Just because Fury failed a previous drug test years prior has no bearing what so ever on whether he cheated or not against Wilder.

There is zero evidence he cheated in any of the 3 Wilder fights, his previous history is irrelevant.

Wilder making that claim without any evidence is defamation, by definition.
