Another fight I’m not buying and streaming for free. Boxing fans are tired of this same business strategy these promoters and networks are doing.

this PPV sells 100k and then the headline is “Haney is a PPV star” to justified every other of his future fights to be on PPV. Delusional fighters and promoters think those days of boxing fans just ponying up $$$ every week to watch subpar material

I stopped buying PPV in 2007 for the same reason....garbage undercards. You will never find a bigger boxing fan than me, but I refuse to contribute to these promoters ripping off the fans. I'll never buy a PPV again. Period.

Jake Paul vs Fury is also more popular. Is it better? You rather pay for crap because it popular.

It’s a widespread problem in boxing. Nobody will invest in the fighters, it’s always this cash grab mentality.

They’d rather have 50k paying than 5 million watching.

You just made my point. It doesn’t matter how good the fighters really are. Jake Paul gets ppv cause he has a huge fan base. Lomas amateur pedigree isn’t gonna get casuals hyped. I’m not paying for **** lol. But that’s boxing

Anyways it feels like this is a waste of a Valdez fight; the Lopez rematch would've held weight if Lopez was getting better and winning but Lopez doesn't look to have gotten better since the Valdez fight, winning and losing in closely contested fights and then getting beat up and beat down by Abraham Nova in January. The only advantage Lopez is going to have is being more active than Valdez.

Lomachenko-Teo wouldn't have been a star-making performance if it was on PPV.

This is not a better fight than that. This is not a PPV fight. Undercard is two tuneups.

Is it worth $60 to you? Buy it. To me, it's not.

This **** isn't worth $60. A 35 year old lightweight that looked like **** in his last fight against the undisputed champ at 24 years old. We all know what's going to happen.

I just said I’m not paying for anything lol. Of course I stream them.

what are you confused about. Skillz don’t determine what’s ppv worthy.
