I do not know what Trip G wants to do. But if he is serious about fighting and is still interested in being taken seriously, then he needs to show that. This fight has appeal for both men. I am not "anti-Munguia" like most seem in this thread. I think he has done ... ok... yeah I will do "ok". I do not think he has embarrassed himself or his chosen profession. But he needs a legit win, and this would still be legit. If Munguia takes out a fighter only a pound-for-pound type fighter like Alvarez has, that is good enough even if the other guy is twice his age. Meanwhile, Golovkin has been near slug-like in his fighting in the past couple years. A win over Munguia proves he can still perform.
