  • Canelo has the greatest resume in the history of boxing

After facing a murderers row of the best fighters of this generation his next fight is yet another world class opponent the deadly John Ryder a man rated the best opponent at 168 for the champ. He might never be matched in his achievements and the hall of fame might need to induct him twice he’s so elite.

I really like Canelo and he has a far better resume than ANY boxer of competing today but Delahoya, Mosley, Hopkins is far better. Its not Canelos fault. Just boxed at a poor time. Mayweather had the same problems. He fought boxers PAST THEIR PRIME.

I liked the way he got schooled by a 36 yr old Mayweather. Winning no rounds was very impressive. Canelo just has the it factor.

He definitely got schooled on catchweights. Went right to the head of the class.

While I agree, I think it’s fair to point out that Canelo has considerably more time at the big stage than those fighters.

              True

Usyk probably a close second. His run at CW was pretty damn good. All in their backyards
