    Comments Thread For: Sauerland To Oleksandr Usyk: Filip Hrgovic is Waiting For You!

    Heavyweight contender Filip Hrgovic, who is the IBF's mandatory challenger, is ready to face Oleksandr Usyk, the unified IBF, WBO, IBO and WBA champion. Hrgovic is among three mandatory challengers who are gunning for a crack at Usyk.

    Fights against Dubois or Hrgovic are just tuneups really

      Hrgovic could stop him. He can crack and I don't see Usyk stopping him.

      It is a strange era now that Usyk is champ. He is way undersized and his power is good, but he never hurt Joshua. I think Hrgovic, Dubois, Joyce, Zhang....they all pose a risk to Usyk.

      Interested to see how Usyk's reign at heavyweight goes. I read something about him wanting to unify and the article said he likely didn't have long left in his career. He isn't a kid anymore and his style depends on reflexes and speed.

        Everybody wants a piece of Usyk at the moment
        Wonder if he’ll have a hard time getting his next fight signed ?
        Would be telling , no ?

          I don't think Hrgovic, Joyce, or DuBois will win a single round between the three of them against Usyk. Anything but a Fury or Wilder fight is just wasting everybody's time.

            He hurt Joshua a few times in the first fight. He hurt Chisora too.

              Hrgovic and Dubois are just tuneups Usyk must take to keep the belts.

              Only Fury, Wilder ( because of power), Sanchez and Joyce would be interesting at this point.

                Hrgovic is wide open for that left hand and his chin is suspect Usyk isn't a huge puncher but I think he could TKO that stiff ogre in less than 8.

                  Hrgovic's promoter: "Who doesn't think that Hrgovic would give any heavyweight a right run for his money?"

                  Answer = Everyone - Hrgovic's promoter

                    Lol. Let me rephrase. He never had Joshua in any real danger. And Joshua is ripe to be knocked out.

                    He barely beat Chisora and same thing, Chisora never looked like he was about to get ko'd.

                    Anyone can get hit with a good punch and it hurts. By hurt I mean possibly stopping them.
