Hard to say until he steps up tbh. His career trajectory has been disappointing but we still don’t really know his ceiling talent wise.

      Probably something even more ******. Bivol/Spider 2
Munguia would have fought Golovkin a long time ago but the commission wouldn't allow it so Golovkin fought Vanes. Fighters aren't afraid of fighting, it's the promoters who mess things up.

Bivol will make him look real amateurish
Not sure this would be the wise road for Munguia
He might never be the same
Slow Eddie shot himself in the foot , again , talking up Buatsi to fight Bivol
Maybe Eddie goes to the drawing board and sets up the fight with Beterbiev
C’mon Eddie , do something right for once
You know Beterbiev already called you out

This is such a random mismatch. Why is Munguia seesawing in weight so much?

Hearn is playing his cards right...but not for us. Get Smith a shot at Beterbiev, while Bivol stays busy. Buatsi decided that he wanted to take extra steps to a title shot, so he removed himself from the equation. If anyone is messing up, it's GBP for taking such an unwinnable fight. Bivol will really have to be asleep at the wheel to lose to Munguia.

Munguia needs to stay at MW, if possible.

I’m thinking more like make the Smith vs Beterbiev postponed for unification
WBC already said they would step aside for unification
Slow Eddie should really do something good for his chitty karma and stop steering Bivol away from Artur
Beterbiev already said he’d be ready for August

Beterbiev/Bivol happening right now does not benefit Matchroom. Hearn is looking at the chess board and moving his pieces sensibly. He's prioritizing Smith for the moment because he's the one with a mandatory(?) title shot, with the hope that Smith wins thus removing Top Rank from the equation. Bivol was supposed to get a better stay-busy in Buatsi, but shxt happens. If GBP throws Munguia in there with Bivol, it's a chess move that reeks of desperation. Hearn might let it happen because he knows like we know that Bivol will give him a boxing lesson. Bivol would have to get robbed on the cards, but he's probably learned from the Canelo fight to not let the fight seem close.

Beterbiev/Bivol is THE match-up to make, but it's simple to see why it won't happen next. The sanctioning body is only one of many obstacles that could potentially impede a match-up from happening. Right now, it's the promotional/network drama.

I seriously doubt they would put Mungy in there with Bivol. Its just to get his name out there.
