It sounds like the fight was progressing without a rematch clause until Warren convinced Fury otherwise. -
Fury has been in Camp. He's been with his strength and conditioning coach and his nutritionist for about 2 weeks and sugar Hill always joins them about 6 weeks before the fight and guess what.....he just joined them last weekend...6 weeks from the supposed fight
So you're just making things up.Leave a comment:

Fury is not scared of Usyk. He is way bigger, just as good a boxer and Usyk couldn't hurt Anchinny Joshua. He ain't hurting Fury, who took Wilder's rights and won all three fights.
I love Usyk. Been a favorite fighter of mine for years. Usyk knows he likely loses against Fury. He may believe he can win, but the realist part of him knows that Fury is too big and too good, and a fight against him is a nightmare.
Fury knows this and he also knows that Usyk will make millions more fighting him at 70/30 than he will fighting Dubois or anyone else. Usyk stands to make a huge payday against Fury. But Usyk has kind of painted himself into a corner. He hasn't got long left in his career, and he is now facing guys far larger than him. He put on masterful performances against AJ. AJ has never been the same since Ruiz stopped him. He fights scared now. And he most likely will never be the same.
Usyk certainly knows this about AJ. And he knows Fury is coming to cave his head in. And Dubois could seriously hurt him, as well as a few of the other top 10 HW's. Usyk is really undersized and his skill level was too much for ruined AJ. But these other guys aren't going to fight tentative, they are going use their weight and power to try and smash Usyk.
Usyk makes at least three or four times fighting Fury at 70/30 than he does anyone else. If they want a rematch clause and are wrangling over that.....it just appears to me that Usyk isn't all that confident about fighting Fury, and that he knows his options after the AJ fights aren't great.Last edited by Theshotyoudontsee; 03-22-2023, 11:15 AM.Leave a comment:

I would think Fury was serious if he was already in camp! He was NOT! I don't think he had any intention of fighting on April 29th! Could be fear, could be laziness, either way, NOT A GOOD LOOK!

i have no idea whats going on, warren reads like hes making sense here and fury does want the fight, it has to make financial sense for both guys, not fury making too many demands on that one, but if the rematch is on the terms that usyk got for AJ then that sounds good to me anyway, if he wins of course but if he loses..... what does he getLeave a comment:

With Usyk ducking the fight, I think we should just award the win to Fury and move on. Nash outLeave a comment:

What demands? Fury has agreed to everything.
Usyk is demanding that Fury gives Zelenski a million pounds of his hard earned money, which I'm sure you agree, is ridiculous. That's why Usyk is refusing to fight.
Frank and Fury are trying to make this fight and the Ukrainians are making excuses.Leave a comment:

Fury is a great champ but hes going a bit overboard here with the demands.
Appears Bob is negatively influencing him to do dumb shit.
He has Fury looking weak and scared to fight Usyk when he clearly isnt.
I was really excited about this fight.
