People like to talk about his stats, but those really don't matter much when those stats come against scrubs. Not like he's fighting top competition yet. Definitely one of the most interesting fights in the division, assuming he can even make weight and stay off the coke.
Lol I think this fight is going to be closer than a lot of people think but Plant isn't that hard to hit go back and watch the fight against Dirrell up until the knockout he ate plenty of clean hard shots, he also faded late against Uzcategui was getting busted up in the championship rounds.

Funny people keep holding onto that ******* and missing weight but when people mention Pernell Whitaker, Sugar Ray Leonard, Tyson Fury, Joe Calzaghe, Ricky Hatton, Kell Brook, Carl Froch they don't mention anything about their ******* habits. Kell Brook is probably about to fight Conor Benn after doing rails with his boyfriend and nobody cares anymore but David did it when he was younger and out of competition and it's still being used as an excuse.

Both Charlos need to shut up and fight. Stop waiting for the Canelo payday and fight a live somebody. One dimensional? Charlo lost to Harrison and Castaño. Benavidez will beat the shlt out of both Charlos!

It's hilarious that everyone is talking smack about Benavidez. They're all scared shtless of him, including Jermell's brother.

“He doesn’t pass the eye test to me” then get some better glasses. There’s a reason HOF legends like Mike Tyson and Roy Jones love Benavidez and rave about him.

Weird that he called Charlos brother a Pu__y in front of the whole boxing world after his fight and Charlo just took it because he knows he’d get his ass handed to him

He should tell his brother to grow some balls and fight one of them.

People raved about Edgar Berlanga too, until he stepped up in competition. What happened with that? I'm reserving judgement until I see how he performs in this fight. There's a bunch of things he does "wrong" in fights that he gets away with at the level he's fought at so far. Maybe that will change as he steps up, or maybe, like Berlanga, it won't. Could be that it's like Inoue toying with Butler, and not representative of his actual skillset. We just don't know because we haven't seen it yet. And it's entirely possible that Tyson got to see things in the gym that you and I haven't. He's got a good hit list, so hopefully he'll have the chance to prove it, and won't do things like come in overweight for big fights and stay off the drugs. If he runs over Plant, tag me again and I'll pop on and give the man his due.

To even compare Benavidez and Berlanga is a joke.

And yet two years ago that's exactly what the publications and pundits were doing. The fact that you don't understand that means you missed the point entirely.
