Hearn doesn't want Bivol near Biev right now. I like Bivol, skilled guy. But the Canelo fight has people way, way overhyped on Bivol. He hasn't got power to keep Biev off of him. That fight is Gvozdyk part 2. Biev hits too hard and has too good of a chin.

Canelo is overhyped and Bivol will kick his ass again if they fight. Canelo beats guys fighting in spurts, but he doesn't hit hard enough or box well enough to disrupt Bivol's methodical style.

Bivol would win the first four rounds against Biev. Then the power will cause him to wither and he will get stopped in the middle to late rounds.

I totally agree with you. That is exactly what i see: A skilled Bivol soaring to the top of everyone's LHW list because he beat a MW fighting 2 divisions above his best weight (I still respect Canelo for doing it). Beterbiev is a different Devil. I get he is aging, and the wars will catch up to him. But he is skilled and adjusts his game plans to his opponents. I see it exactly as you do: Beterbiev waiting on the skilled Bivol to use his work rate to slow him down. Bivol builds a huge early lead. Beterbiev starts scoring in the middle rounds, hurting and wearing down Bivol for the win late.

But you know what? The freaking fight has to be signed for someone to prove us right or wrong. And I am doubting at this point it will ever happen.

Lots of Mileage on Beterbiev. That said, I STILL don't see the Britt whipping him. Hes not that good.
