Mungia is the most over-protected fighter on the planet. When Fulton, Fundora, and Jesse Bam Bam all with tons fewer fights have fought HUGELY better opposition, that makes Munguia a total embarrassment to Boxing. Oscar should be ashamed of himself. Sht or get off the pot.

Terrible fight but it is a fact Mungia and Andrade avoided him so can't hold it against him or his team. He looked pedestrian against Bentley but I honestly think he's the type of fighter who fights to level of his comp and will shine against one of the top guys at Middleweight. Unfortunately his 160 run will probably play out like GGG's where he simply isn't worth the risk until there's a sizable payday that comes along with fighting him.

Let's be real here. No top fighter is "scared" of this guy. It's true that Munguia and Andrade never fight anyone with a pulse, but JA simply isn't a name guy and fighting him would pay peanuts. Money talks. Anyone other than Munguia or Andrade would fight him if there was big money involved.

The reasons you gave for why Andrade/Munguia didn't fight him (high risk-low reward, not enough name value)...can't everyone at MW use that same excuse not to fight Janibek? Where does the bullsh#t end then? Andrade and Munguia fought nobodies in their most recent bouts. Surely, a Janibek fight provides more incentive. I don't think Janibek is special either, but he is enough of a threat that guys are thinking twice before accepting the challenge. If he's that easy, then someone will soon relieve him of his title.
