This is a great fight, I like the level of conditioning these 2 have for this, Plant looks in the best shape of his career and David is working for the first time with Heredia ala Marquez, both of them are embracing modern training methods with gruelling work ethic and it shows. I lean towards Benavidez to be too strong in the run but wouldn't be surprised if Plant pulled stoppage in the first half, I feel David will finish better but he is open and Plant has a chance to land big early in the fight.

I cant see David breaking down I think he will be tough as nails, I see Plants best chance is with a perfect shot which comes in through a very brief window.

Plant will be on his bike and maybe even nick some rounds for the first half. Benevidez will cut the ring off and start to get to him with big shots and he will crumble like against Canelo. The only question is will Plant bizarrely fish for complements before he starts to gas out, like he did last time.
