No disrespect expected, but who exactly is Richardson Hitchins? Did the writer of this article mention who this guy is, or did I miss that?

He's actually a skilled 140 lber that could eventually be a problem, he just needs to fine tune some things and he's already a smart boxer. Hitchins used to train with Tank, although they have completely different styles, when he was signed to Mayweather Promotions. He's over at Matchroom now, which is probably why you haven't seen him.

It would have been helpful if the guy who wrote the article had mentioned that this young man is an up-and-coming boxer and a little something about him. The writer is either lazy and/or needs more experience as a journalist.

The funny thing is, Davis isn't an elite fighter either. That is what makes this fight interesting. Davis has power and it has saved his ass quite a few teams. He is not a great boxer and looks bad alot of the time.

This fight is fun because both guys can end it with one shot and neither guy are elite boxers. The "elite boxers" are part of the reason that the sport is dying. There used to be alot of great boxer punchers. These days there are more "elite boxers", who make for boring fights.

This fight is huge because of the power, neither guy is a great boxer. Of the two, I'd say Davis is less skilled and more power. He has learned to set up the big punch and as I said, it has bailed him out. Garcia moves well, has the length and height, and he generally looks better overall. Davis sees this well, it is why he has Garcia drained and giving into every demand to give Davis the advantage.

By today's standards I would say Tank is an elite fighter. He has speed, movement, some skills & a chin to go wit the power. Would he be elite in (say) the mid 80s competing with Pernell, Camacho & Chavez & when next level down was Jose Luis Ramirez, Edwin Rosario, Ray Mancini & Livingstone Bramble? Obviously not.

I feel bad for the people leaving comments who have no clue what you're talking about. This is professional prize fighting. Pro boxing, I would say unless you have lived and breathed the sport all of your life and that includes your parents your siblings and friends, if this is not the case, you are better off enjoying your UFC MMA or whatever you call it. People like Jake Paula Paul Jake YouTuber whatever guy with the beard from Ireland type of fighting. That way maybe when you speak it will actually make sense. Just trying to save you embarrassment.
