Well, they have to be extremely severe, because we've seen that everyone off does not work. Heck, Canelo got a what? 6 month suspension? He must of laughed, thinking he had planned on not fighting for 8 months anyway. The severity would have to be YEARS worth of suspension. Almost equivalent to some kind of jail time to really understand, you're going to mess up your career, potentially lose some prime years, and of course those massive paychecks. Without the fear, there is less giving a **** if caught.
