Joshua Buatsi will enter the next stage of his career with a new promoter in tow. BOXXER has signed the 2016 Olympic Bronze medalist and current light heavyweight contender, the UK-based promotional outfit announced Wednesday. The news ends a lengthy wait of Buatsi's next move after it was clear that he and Matchroom Boxing--his promoter since his July 2017 pro debut--were no longer on the same page.

Hopefully he's now more active, but he's had a very stop start career and he's admitted it's been due him going off on holiday or having injuries.

"I want to get the biggest fights on the biggest, most accessible platform for sports fan," but I will instead be fighting on Boxxer against anyone but the two biggest fighters in my division.

Eddie losing fighters left, right and centre.

All he has his Canelo who works on one fight deals and AJ who is another loss away from calling it a day..

Then a handful of older names near retirement

Sky is the biggest platform in the UK by miles.

He’s where Warren was back in 2012 when he’d left Sky and Hearn was the one with Sky’s backing. Brook, DeGale, Groves, Cleverly, Bellew, Chisora etc all left Warren for Hearn purely because Sky is the platform you want to be on in the UK.

He had a fight with Bivol handed to him on a silver platter.

Yet chose to reject it and sign somewhere else.

Buatsi turning into a forever prospect, just like that Blair the Flair guy.

Yeah, but he got Conor Been! Lol! Nah, seriously, if Conor Been chooses Brook or Eubank Jr. over Pacquiao, Eddie should be banned from boxing!
