Dominated? Watch the fight again, Avanesyen, as much as he sucks, was pressing the action, and connected multiple times with reckless shots on the front foot. He got Ko'd because he was running in recklessly trying to land as he did earlier, and walked right into it. While he never had Bud in any trouble, Crawford didn't look great, and was a step slower in my opinion.

Crawford was in complete control. He was comfortably outboxing Avanesyan and then timed him perfectly. All 3 judges gave him every round as did I, you’re the only person who seems to think he was struggling.

Avanesyan is decent fighter too, not on Crawford’s level but he’s no scrub. Very solid technically. Not many Welterweights are capable of doing that to him. Probably only Spence and Crawford.

Yeah Dulorme ranked top 10, Postol ranked #1 and Indongo ranked top 5. That’s probably a better run alone than Abdullaev and Kambosos. Even Crawford’s lightweight run was Burns in Scotland ranked top 5, Beltran ranked #2 and an undefeated Gamboa which many including bookmakers saw as a 50/50 fight. As for 147, it’s been disappointing, no doubt, but Porter was ranked top 5, Kavaliauskas, Avanesyan and Horn were all ranked top 10 so they weren’t complete nobodies like you’re suggesting. As I said, Crawford has still achieved far more than Haney has.

He won’t fight Broner, why would that even be possible? Stop with that BS. Broner isn’t even with those BLK clowns anymore and it looks like Crawford could go to GBP.

Let me be clear, Crawford has achieved more than Haney for sure. The critique is, for a guy that’s been sitting atop the P4P ranking, his resume is trash at 147.
As for Crawford fighting Broner, why does that not sit right with you? Crawford is the same guy that fought Brook and Khan. He’s the same guy that fought Avanesyan instead of Boots.
He’s looking to fight Rocha next so why is Broner not possible?

I never said that he was struggling, I just stated that he looked a step slower and Avanesyen landed some reckless shots that he shouldn't have. Avanesyen is a crash dummy, he's one step up from a can as far as skills. Kavaliauskas knocked him out highlight reel style as well. But, I respect your opinion.

He’s beaten a top 5 ranked guy in Porter and 3 top 10 ranked fighters in Avanesyan, Kavaliauskas and Horn. That’s not trash, it’s disappointing based on who we’d like him to fight but he still has some decent wins and a very impressive stoppage win over Porter. On top of what he’s achieved in the lower weight classes, he’s more than worthy of P4P top 10 status.

He’s not fighting Broner. I’ll give you 100/1 odds he doesn’t fight Broner in 2023.

Looked a step slower based on what though? He got hit way more by Kavaliauskas and Porter.

Crawford is getting older and is likely nearing the end of his prime but there no notable signs vs Avanesyan because he wasn’t really tested.

The point remains the same Haney beating an older, past prime Loma puts him nowhere near P4P #1. Still a solid win and if people wanna argue he’s top 10 P4P that’s reasonable but #1? No chance in hell.
I never said Haney beating Loma(which is inevitable) would put him at #1. I personally don't give a **** about these pfp lists. I it's all opinionated anyway. And because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they are discrediting anyone. You can't find any posts of me ****ting on Usyk. But I get it. When someone doesn't 100% agree with you about your favorite fighters, they instantly hate that fighter. This is the rhetoric boxing forums and the youtube boxing community is built on. I've personally never said anything bad about him. I just said doesn't make sense to have hws on the pfp list. I wouldn't care if that was Wilder, Fury, AJ, or whoever.

I'm going to be watching for all the Loma haters who called him a hype job, bum, overrated and see what they have to say if Haney beats him. If they praise the win as something spectacular, they need to be prepared to answer how they feel beating a hype job is a great accomplishment.

I would feel the same way I did when Shields beat Marshall. I've always said she would dominate her and once she did, I can't find a single Marshall fan on this site. Nothing against Marshall, because she's a good fighter, but you guys are some of the most fake bandwagon azz fans I've ever seen in my life. You hype these fighters and once they lose 2 or 3 times, you act as if you've never heard of them and refuse to even mention their names again. Yall had Kovalev as an all time great before the Ward, Alvarez fights(both of them that ko'd him). It's been so long since I've seen a Kovalev thread, I forget that he's still active.

Like I said, all you posters who have been slamming Loma and calling him a hype job can't celebrate Haney's win as a great win. It was the same with Floyd fans. Floyd and his fans called all of his opponents bums, C-rate fighters, overrated, yet celebrated each of those wins as if they were great wins. You can't have it both ways. Either Loma is a great fighter and a win over him is a great win, or he's overrated and a win over him is just another win, nothing special.
