Play it safe Danny will do the usual in every big fight against a top opponent …throw a few punches from the outside, grab and hold on the inside, flurry and go toe to toe in the final minute of rd 12, then whine with his Dad after losing a decision. Never fights for the Ko unless its a can in the other corner.

Garcia got the most out of his talent. He wasn’t picked to be a top guy but he had a really good run after the Khan fight at 140.
But his power and skills didn’t translate to welterweight and certainly won’t at 154 or higher.

Good boxer, he was ELITE at 140 but needs to retire. He should of fought Crawford before going up to 154. He should never fight GGG or Canelo. Their just too big but they are OLD too so……

DSG might be asking bit more than he can chew. Still would be interesting to see what he can do against those guys.

Incredible wins over prime Khan, and Matthyse when he was a beast, as well as the re-awakened Judah after Angel Garcia brought Judah back from the dead.

Angel Garcia is also an elite trainer, not like Boxercise Ben Davison, this man is the real deal, but because he talks and acts like a side-character from Breaking Bad, and probably is involved in some shady side-businesses, he doesn't get the respect he deserves. The man is a legend. Nash out
You sound like you must be the errand boy for Danny & pops- why didn’t they ever pursue T Bud while they were chasing 147 belts??

Because Crawford was too busy ducking Spence to find the time to fight Garcia. Nash out

Is this the worst Middleweight era ever?

Ah Spence. The driver. The inactive cruiserweight. The man.

I too love following and defending (as if they are blood) inactive promise makers. He's done well with the natural 140 pounders. Crawford should be right up his alley. Not sure why he hasn't kept his rhythm.

Thank God for active past welterweight champs

Too small for 154, he should stay at 147 and fight either Bud or Boots if he's looking to cash out.
