Yeah he definitely has a chance, a 45 year old retired Pacquiao is somehow a step up in class compared to Benn’s general level of opposition.

In the end it doesn’t matter why he says he tested positive, it only matters that he did test positive. And being banned from fighting for a time should be his punishment.

BBBC should take his lack of cooperation into consideration and extend the ban period because of it.

Additionally they should notify all sanctioning and licencing bodies of their decision and request their support.
