People won't like to hear this, but Tyson Fury played Usyk pretty well. He waited till the last moment and then make his demand of 70-30 showing Usyk who was the boss in this negotiation. Fury's got options and Usyk has few options, so Usyk had to accept whatever was being offered to him.

Fury is free of any mandatories at the moment. If the Usyk fight doesn't go through, he can fight Ngannou, Joyce, Joshua, Otto, etc. while earning a decent amount and still keeping the unification option open. Usyk on the other hand has a lot of boring mandatories lined up which will earn him only a fraction of what he will earn fighting Fury even at 30%. Usyk too can earn if he boxes Wilder or Ruiz but the risk is too high and he also has to vacate his belts.

I really want Usyk to win this but realistically speaking I think Fury wins.

It doesn’t matter if the fight actually happens, the fact getting Fury into the ring with credible opponents is a chore isn’t for the actual boxing fans that’s why he doesn’t have real boxing fans he has cultists on here .
Well you can feel how u want i feel the same about other fighters too people like Crawford who fights nobody and wouldn't even fight spence over money a lot of fighters now do the same thing Furys problem is he talks too much and tells the public everything to pick apart unlike others who go mute and hope it goes away.

I already said 30% is bs but Usyk has no choice so do we care that its a business or only when its fighters we like/support?

Maybe Fury thinks it would look very bad if a cruiserweight moves up & beats him. He's right!

I don't think it's a bluff. It's more like who TF are you to demand 50/50? For a guy who got 2 promoters (Arum/Warren), Fury is not all about money. He could have just cut back on breastfeeding these people and make more by hiring one. Tyson probably can't wait to get his hands on this Usyk guy. Bottom line is Usyk team could just have waited and most likely would have been offered higher than 70/30 split.

Folks talk a whole lot of smack, USYK has plenty of options too. Wilder, Dubois, Joyce all bring him big checks too. Fury can go retire that clown act of his, shhhh got stale after Klitschko.

This fight now is a bigger more interesting match up now, than it was back last year 'And Usyk due to how he has handled these negotiations has more support and admiration'.

The no rematch clause and the short amount of time both fighters have to prepare for this fight also 'Adds to the jeopardy'.

The fight in my opinion still will not be maximized, it has the potential and ingredients to be a even bigger event. This fight should really have a extensive build up and promotion.

Fury's tactics have got him a good fight deal 'But maybe at a consequence, which one of these fighters right now is in fighting condition?'.

Fury's nearest competition, need to always stay near fight condition. Because Fury seems to like offering fights at short notice 'To the fighters, I think he is most threatened by'.
Great post bro, the last part about offering fights on short notice,I have seen canelo do this as well. Seems to be a thing cashcows can get away with doing. It tarnishes the win in my opinion same as rehydration clauses etc

No he doesn't, he only mentioned the donation and 1% increase per day of delaying payment after fury offered a man who has 3 of 4 belts a measly 30% with a ****** stipulation of 1% decrease per day the contracts not signed.

Furys lucky usyk took the lowball offer and all he is asking in return is a donation to his country. If belly wasn't so greedy and offered 40% usyk would have a spare mill to donate from his purse but if fatpants wants to be petty he can pay for it himself. I see where usyk is coming from.

Fury would be chasing Usyk all night long and it would be a VERY boring fight. If you thought Klitschko vs Fury was boring, this will be way worse.

And we all know that's what will happen. Including Fury himself, apparently. I don't even think the fight happens. He'll pull out due to "injury".

So , I wonder how many of the haters will have the balls to come on here ,Sunday 30th April and accept they dropped a major bollock if Fury wins? I know if my man Usyk wins that I will. That's the difference ! And what a change this is , NO rematch clause, for all the marbles .As Tyson says 'for who walks away with it all' ....(as should be) I don't understand why so many so called 'boxing fans' would want to see this fight not happen ....maybe they can see what's coming !
