I think Tony is clearly more skilled than Charlo. But he has less power, stamina, chin. Charlo seems stronger mentally as well.

Harrison is very good, but Jermell is better. That's why he won so decisively in the rematch, albeit certainly not an easy fight.

The difference in Charlo v Harrison 2 was Charlo could take Harrison's best punch but Tony couldn't take Jermell's.
