tank davis is called tank for a reason, hes small and squat, hes not going to be taller than his opponents who are slimmer than him

he started at 130 i think and recently said its killing him trying to make that weight so hes a natural 135 guy whos fought at 140 too, so hes not small for 135, if he started lower than 130 u could make that argument maybe, his style is attack the taller guy, he had problems where he fought pitbull whos actually smaller than him and he hurt his hand doing too i think, tank has got the 3x lock on this, catchweight, hydration & rematch, he wants to fight a weaker garcia but whatever the result he will always be reminded of it on here anyway, but these a-sides dont care as long as they win and neither do most of their fan either i dont think

Too bad we’ll never know. A nothing fight. WWE. Only credit in it is if Ryan somehow manages to beat the manlet.

u would think that putting clauses on your opponent would make u an unpopular fighter, but i dont think it has any affect on these guys at all apart from some online trolling maybe, the thing that does have a big affect, thats losing

lol that is nonsense, they have to buy off on it

It's the only way to make the fight happen. Haney better be ready for these contingencies.

Of course it does or else they wouldn't be implemented.

Here's a question...why weren't these restrictions imposed on Mario Barrios who incidently is now fighting at welterweight?!?....Anyone?

I got to say, folks, this match has me wondering big time. Back in late 2019 and all of 2020 I told my son that I had Garcia absolutely whacking Tank out early. His boxing accumen and technique was impressive back then. But then Garcia looked all wrong to me leading up to his being dumped by Luke Campbell, a match where I believe he was lucky to have come out on top. He looked extra invested in head-hunting and being sloppy. Then he started with the Josh Taylor time-off routine. And in that span and thereafter, I've been impressed with Tank. And Davis was smart for the January tune-up, something the living room-trained Garcia backed out on (which to this very day has left me wondering).

I see Tank as having been forged in a ceratin fire.

I see Garcia as having checked-out sometime back in 2020.

And yet, Tank is making all these strange contingency arrangements, like he is expecting some bigtime possible impact on his record.

I'll throw one last curveball out. IF Garcia managed to whack Tank, which I don;t expect anymore, it says here his mindset, his whole impression of himself, sees to a sudden disaster, thereafter.

                  Thoughts?

no im not talking about the actual affects of the clauses on the opponent, im talking about the popularity of the fighter demanding the clauses are included
