If you agree to fight at a weight, any weight, there are no excuses.

Don't think you can perform at the weight? Don't agree to fight at that weight.
      But but but excuses matter.

Don't know why some people think both things can't be true. Sure, Garcia signed the contract, so he deals with the consequences; he can also be affected by the weight stipulations. There's a reason why one party asks for them and that's because they believe there's a perceived benefit on the part of their fighter.

No ban bet as I enjoy clowning on you and few others here too much....but I'm willing to bet some money on it if you're down....$500?? I offered same bet to another poster but I guess he wasn't as confident in Tank as I am in Ryan.

They think they can but will not know for sure until fight night, you only get one shot, so its very possible he is weight drained its a calculated risk up until its done.
