Suggestion: How about breaking up the game in 6 month periods. So Jan-June and then a new period starts July-December?

Like turning 12-rounders into 6-rounders, if you ask me...

A year is damn long and tedious though.

The prizes would also be lesser...

Split them in half. If you are that good at the game win both halves and you would end up with the same money.

I have an idea. Let's put Jarrell Miller vs Lucas Browne in for the weekend, together with Diaz Jr vs Gesta. The battle of PEDS should be fun while it lasts.

Exactly. Miller-Browne is a must but I just didnt mention it knowing Koba's style.

Browne is on a good little comeback trail and Miller isn't that great.

Besides, I watched Miller look like an obese walrus against Argentinian clubfighter Bracamonte. If he struggled with that level of opposition, I'm waiting for the odds to place some money on Browne

Okay gents, sooo... basically nothing this weekend I think. No - we're not doing the battle of the juicers and no we're not indulging in Zurdo vs Gabe.

Next week we definitely got Okolie vs Light, Ramirez vs Commey and Benavidez vs Plant... I'm also thinking that as long as the thread is up in plenty of time (ie by this weekend) I think it's OK to also include Mbilli vs Gongora which is areal nice fight to my mind. Juist have to make sure to try to make sure everyone knows about it.

And on a personal note general apologies for my lack of involvement this year far, been finding it kinda hard going since I took my eye injury and beyond that it's kinda taken the wind out of my sails - specially since they told me I might have some permanent damge. Anyways, big thanks to Tatabanya and all the rest of you who have kinda been keeping it afloat. Sure I'll get over myself soon but for the time being I'm just gonna ask for your forebearance a while longer.
