I’ve been a fan of boxing for 70 years. As a kid I met Sony Liston and have met an spoken to Ali, Michael Spinks, Archie Moore and many other boxers. I have seen and followed boxers for decades. People in the U.S. could not care less about Tyson Fury. It’s only if it’s a compelling title fight. He is worth very little in the U.S. without a compelling opponent. Fighting slow, fat and never beat anyone of consequence, Whyte or Chisora would not draw pay per view viewers. Chisora Vs Fury wasn’t even a pay per view event in the U.S. I didn’t watch it as it was meaningless. Chisora is a third tier fighter. Couldn’t win a round against a 40-year old, one-arm Vitali Klitschko in his prime. Whyte had previously been KO’d by 41 year old Povetkin. That fight was PPV and flopped in the U.S. The only ones interested are the Brits, the home of the horizontal heavyweights. The only great heavyweight British fighter was Lewis.

fFury is frightened of Usyk. The man said he would crush Usyk. Well that’s big talk from a blowhard 6’ 9” man who was caught cheating using performance enhancing drugs because he didn’t trust his own skills. The guy who refused to give 40/year old Klitschko a rematch and backed out of a fight with AJ. Watch the Otto Wallin Vs Fury fight. In the final round, Fury was stumbling all over the ring with his face a bloody mess. Wallin is similar size to Usyk and both southpaws. But Otto has few of Usyk’s skills, endurance or power. Fury is so frightened, he has his daddy speaking for him and won’t take 60:40 with 60% going to the winner. So sing all the Neil Diamond songs you want when Fury fights another loser. Fury will be ignored by us in the former colonies.

And after the awesome Wilder trilogy there is no question that Fury’s name recognition in the US has skyrocketed way beyond Usyk’s.
Fury vs Whyte had 700k (give or take) in ppv sales
Usyk vs AJ 2 did over 1 mil.

I like stating how Britney Spears is popular AF.....doesn't make her music any good.
I wouldn't call the trilogy ''awesome''
      Clumsily ''entertaining'', yes.

Since this is supposed to be a sport, he who has the most belts should get more money.
It would be this way if Fury had more belts than Usyk and no one would argue.
